Hung Wei

This figure is from Wargames Foundry. 

Hung Wei is a member of the Chang Seng Tong and a good friend of Sir Henry Templeton Smyth. It was Hung who led Sir Henry to the Dragon Brewery in Limehouse, during the case of the Bone Idol.
