Dr Oo Fang Ku

This is a figure from Pulp. 

Oo Fang Ku is the sinister leader of the Wing Kong Tong, he plots also sorts of evils. He was defeated by a group of intrepid heroes when he tried to raise a daemon in the Limehouse area of London.
