Bookings and Fees
Public Events
All event
prices are formulated on a number of criteria such as venue,
facilities, number of living historians required and the type of
presentation . Each event we attend will vary in price, however the
following will give a guideline.
For a 2 day
weekend event prices start from £500 for a very basic package and
then rise upwards to around the £2000 mark for a full blown living
history encampment with a good body of Tudor Travellers and
activities.
We will
consider one day events at weekends, but because of the economics
and logistics involved in setting up displays etc, especially during
the main season, we may not be able to accommodate such requests or
at the least costs will be based on a 2 day pricing structure.
We strongly
recommend for any event you are planning that you contact us first
for an informal chat and based on that we can then quote you for
your requirements. We are very friendly people and are always
interested in hearing about any kind of event. In many cases, due to
our many years experience, we can also make suggestions as to how
you can get more from your event. If after chatting with us you
decide that Tudor Travellers are not for you, we have numerous
contacts in the re-enactment world to whom we can direct you !
School Bookings
Again this
depends on where you are based and the availability of our
interpreters.
As a general
rule however we work on an approximation of between £3-£5 per child
head and then if travelling and accomodation is required this will
be added on.
Again, please
contact us first for a chat and your requirements in the first
instance and we can then tailor the school day to your needs.
Public
Liability
Tudor
Travellers have Public Liability to a coverage of £5m
CRB Clearance
Many of the
Tudor Travellers Interpreters have CRB clearance at enhanced level
and only these group members would be sent into schools and other
educational establishments where such clearance is required.
If
requested, of course, suitable documentation will be provided.
